My Fitness carrier started in 2010 as an “exercise to music instructor” Over the years of teaching different type of classes from floor to water based activities, I wanted discover body movement more. Being amazed by incredible results of Pilates method I decided to do training with one of the best Pilates schools in London. This training upgraded my knowledge to a new, innovative way of approaching body movement.
My love for Pilates has prompted me to start sharing this passion not only at the health clubs, but in a private setting . Currently I teach from my home studio where I create a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for every client I love to help my clients achieve their fitness goals, improve their body strength and improve better posture through breathing, stretching and conditioning exercises.
In meanwhile, I attend many workshops to stay up to date within the fitness and Pilates industry.
