Jolanta have been in the fitness industry since 2010, starting as an “exercise to music instructor”. Over the years of teaching different types
of activities from floor to water-based group sessions, she wanted to expanded her knowledge of movement. Being amazed by the incredible results of the Pilates method she decided to train with one of the best Pilates schools in London. This training upgraded her knowledge to a new, innovative way of approaching body movement.
My passion prompted me to start sharing my vision not only at the health clubs, but in a private setting . I currently teach from my home studio where I create a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for every client! I love helping my clients achieve their fitness goals, improve body strength and posture through breathing, stretching, strength exercises, and manual therapy
treatments.
We are open 5 days a week
Monday – Friday
7:30 – 16:00 – Pilates sessions
18:00 – 20:00 – Massage treatments
Saturday – Sunday CLOSED
