JFit Pilates Response to Covid and Re-opening Indoor Fitness facilities

After many months of closing, I am so happy to finally have clearer dates of Reopening JFit Pilates Studio and I welcome the planned reopening of indoor Gyms from 12th April. It’s a great opportunity to mention what has been done to make a safe environment for JFit Pilates clients.

During pandemic and at times where we could open the doors for clients, In my studio I’ve been putting several measures in place to ensure clients safety during the sessions. I’m still fully aware of current Covid guidance and in my Studio we are practicing this to the highest standard.  We will be continuing with deep cleaning before and after each session, sanitise all equipment within the room. Our booking times have been staggered to accommodate this. 

JFit Pilates studio provides individual Pilates sessions for people of all fitness levels. Advantage of participating in private session gives clients overview of how to use body mechanics in a new way, gaining awareness of movement, using breath, and flow which are the most  important parts of Pilates practice. Whether you are new to Pilates or wish to revisit the fundamentals, private Pilates sessions gives you opportunity to learn the method and connect you within your own body.

Each session is tailored with exercise repertoire appropriate to the physical condition of the client, using results from the physical/exercise assessments, medical information, national guidelines and client goals and objectives.
